W.I.S.H. is a ministry of women from different walks of life who come together on one accord to lift up the name of Jesus and operate as His hands and feet in the earth. We inspire, uplift, encourage, empower, and strengthen one another- and women everywhere we are called to impact.

The events and outreaches you see are funded through the vows we faithfully pay each month. The sisters of W.I.S.H. sacrifice so that we can put a smile on someone else’s face. We also reach out to the community at times for support with various fundraisers that help us continue this work.

Sharing love, support, and joy with our community. Check out some of our spiritual and uplifting events and outreaches, where we spread kindness and positivity one smile at a time. From our hearts to yours, we're dedicated to uplifting, making others feel valued, and loved. Pictures are truly worth a thousand words.

Care for the Orphans & Widows Among Us

(2024 Outreach)

W.I.S.H. continues to honor God’s call to care for the orphans and widows among us. Our outreach extended near and far—fruit baskets for local widows, gift cards for widows in the states of our W.I.S.H. Sisters, and clothing for a single father's children who lost his wife and their mother to cancer and his home in a fire. Together, we lift those who are rebuilding.

We reached out to the community for this outreach, and the names that were given to us were the ones who received our W.I.S.H. of Luv gifts.

W.I.S.H- Strut Like A Peacock ~ Mother’s Day Celebration (2024 Outreach)

At our Strut Like a Peacock event, the Lord reminded us of how He created peacocks—strong, bold, resilient, and courageous. With their chests lifted and their feathers spread, they strut with confidence, beauty, and purpose. We fed the women both spiritually and naturally, and they were blessed with door prizes that added joy to the day. It was a powerful moment of sisterhood, strength, and celebration.

W.I.S.H Of Luv Outreach

On February 14, 2023, W.I.S.H. was honored to bless four parishes — Avoyelles, Crowley, Opelousas, and Ville Platte — with love, gifts, and heartfelt outreach.

Though no pictures were taken, the presence of compassion, connection, and community was deeply felt. Every act of giving was a reflection of God’s love, and every woman served was a reminder of why we do what we do.

Pre-Father's Day Celebration (2023)

In collaboration with M.I.N.T. (Men Inspiring Nations Together), we celebrated the fathers for their hard work, commitment, and the strength they bring to their families and communities.

We honored them with spiritual food, natural food, and door prizes, creating a space where they could be poured into, appreciated, and uplifted.

The young men also came to witness and learn from great role models — a powerful reminder that there are strong, honorable men in this world, leading with integrity, love, and faith.

For both the Cottonport and Hessmer Christmas Parades combined, W.I.S.H. & M.I.N.T. through God’s grace, were able to bless families with 1,500+ candy bags and 100+ gifts for children, women, and men.

Jollification-2023

A jollification is a lively, joy‑filled celebration — and that is exactly what this event represents for us. This is a special gathering the Lord allows my husband and me to host in honor of our W.I.S.H. sisters, recognizing their time, commitment, and sacrifice throughout the year.

Because our sisters are not able to win prizes during regular events, Jollification is our opportunity to pour back into them. It’s an end‑of‑the‑year celebration filled with laughter, gratitude, surprises, and blessings — a chance for them to win prizes, receive gifts from our hearts, and feel celebrated for all they do behind the scenes.

This is our way of saying: We see you. We appreciate you. And you deserve to be honored with joy.

Straighten Your Crown And Know Your Worth Book Signing - LaTonya Leary

Straighten Your Crown and Know Your Worth is a book the Lord enabled me to write as a divine reminder to His daughters. It was birthed to let every woman know that she is seen, chosen, and deeply loved by God. This message calls women to rise, to stand in their God‑given identity, and to walk confidently in the worth He has already placed within them.

Kalb Channel 5 News W.I.S.H Interview No More Silence Stop Gun Violence

We still remember the emotions that filled the room at our W.I.S.H Women Inspiring Sisters Hearts outreach, 'No More Silence Stop Gun Violence.' Six brave mothers shared their heart-wrenching stories of loss, resilience, and hope. Their voices echoed a message of urgency, a call to action to end the senseless violence that has taken too many lives.

As we stood together, united in our grief and determination, we knew this moment was about more than just words- it was about sparking change. We're grateful to Kalb channel 5 news for amplifying their stories, and we hope you'll join us in continuing to pray for healing, justice, and peace.

These mothers' stories will stay with us forever. Let's continue to honor their strength by working together to create a safer, more compassionate world.
